Daily Variety reports HBO has canceled plans for its announced 13-episode drama series "Baseball Wives" from producers Barry Levinson and Tom Fontana ... Tessie Santiago (the dumb Latino anchor) and Brooke Dillman (the unfunny nun) have been let go from NBC's "Good Morning Miami" ... After canceling the creative "Far-scape," Sci Fi Channel has renewed the pedestrian "Stargate SG-1" for a seventh season ... Carnegie Mellon University student Dana Vinson won an MTV/Spin Magazine contest to tour with Papa Roach. A half-hour TV show about her experience will air at 2 p.m. today on MTV.
