Pittsburgh police were out in force Friday in the South Side Flats for the fourth consecutive weekend of saturation patrols.
The police bureau today reported issuing 108 parking citations, four moving citations and 50 non-traffic citations.
Officers also ordered the towing of 54 vehicles.
Two summonses were issued for marijuana possession.
Of the non-traffic citations, 29 were for public urination, nine were for public intoxication, and the rest covered open containers, disorderly conduct, amplified music and underage drinking.
Saturation patrols are meant to crack down on illegal parking and other violations in one of the city's busiest nightlife and entertainment districts.
