Restaurant News

• Matthew Porco, owner and chef of Mio Kitchen and Wine Bar in Aspinwall, has announced he will close the fine-dining restaurant Aug. 28, and it is for sale. He opened Mio in August 2007. Last month, he opened a high-volume pizza shop in Aspinwall, and has decided to concentrate on this venture, which he hopes to expand to multiple locations. Specialty Bar & Restaurant Brokers is handling the sale.
