Print12-home development moves forward in Pine

A new subdivision of estate homes on a 42-acre wooded site in Pine received preliminary approval Monday from the board of supervisors.
The 12-lot Silver Pine development will be built off Babcock Boulevard. Lots will sell for $250,000 and home prices will be around $1 million.
Silver Pine will be across the street from Lake MacLeod, a development of 75 estate home sites.
