Commuters who depend on the light rail transit system are finding a slight inconvenience this morning.
A Port Authority power outage in Downtown Pittsburgh means the T is only able to bring riders to the First Avenue Station. Steel Plaza and Wood Street stations are not being serviced, which means a long, cold walk for some riders.
The system resumed service earlier this morning after being shut down over the weekend because of the snowstorm. More than 100 bus routes also are operating this morning, but not all are serving side streets. A complete list is available at www.portauthority.org.
