Prudential Preferred Realty has announced its top producers for September.
Luke and Sara Madia were the leaders in sales volume with $2.3 million, in new construction listings volume with $5.1 million and in new construction sales and listing units sold with two worth $2.2 million. Vicki Rutherford, East, led in sales units with five.
Scott Ludwick, Greensburg, was first in listing units with 17 and Linda Honeywill, North Hills, led in listing volume with $5.2 million.
The top agent for listings sold units was Bertie Verbanac, Cranberry, with seven. Lucy Oliver and Bunny Wolff, Fox Chapel, were No. 1 in listings sold volume with $1.6 million.
Marge and Don Kolessar, North Hills, led in new construction listing units with eight.
Chris Marie Fanto, a 25-year real estate veteran, has been elected 2010 president of the Greater Allegheny-Kiski Area Board of Realtors.
Laura Smith is secretary-treasurer and the directors are Brandy Fabry, Joyce Hutterer, Frank Hansen, Mike Rotto, Rita Sumney, Billie Jo Easterlin, Gwen Jackson and Ginger Jones.

Staci Rullo, Penn Hills, was first in units sold and sales volume with 16 totaling $2.2 million. She also had 10 listings worth $1.1 million. Sandy Gurgovits, Hermitage, tied Rullo for units listed with 10 and led in listing volume with $2.9 million. She also sold eight units totaling $1.5 million.
Other top performers for the month were Dale McKinley, Hidden Valley, seven listings worth $2 million; Marlene McNaughton and Bonnie Detwiler, Upper St. Clair, nine sales totaling $2 million and four listings worth $1.1 million; Ken Halverson, Somerset, four sales worth $1.4 million; Heather Orstein, Peters, seven sales totaling $1.2 million; Quentin McQuaid, Hampton, two listings worth $1.2 million; Joyce Hutterer, Sarver, four listings worth $1.1 million; and Elaine Howe, Cranberry, four listings worth $1.1 million.
Albert Anthony Real Estate has opened a second office at the corner of Reynolds and Hastings streets in Point Breeze. The company currently employs 18 agents and handles both commercial and residential properties.
The Route 19 South/Galleria office of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services will present its annual Holiday House Tour benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Dec. 5 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
