Thursday, November 19, 2009

OTTAWA -- The Penguins will get a couple of injured players back when they face Ottawa tonight at 7:38 at Scotiabank Place, but might lose another.

Center Max Talbot, who is recovering from shoulder surgery, will make his 2009-10 debut, and defenseman Sergei Gonchar will play after missing 12 games because of a broken wrist.

Defenseman Mark Eaton, who has back spasms, did not participate in the morning skate and is questionable for tonight's game.

The Penguins recalled defenseman Chris Lee from their farm team in Wilkes-Barre in case Eaton cannot play.

Defenseman Brooks Orpik will not play tonight, but hopes to return Saturday in Atlanta or Monday at Florida.
