French Laundry chef Thomas Keller was guest at a release party for the late Jane Citron's "Living to Cook cookbook. The event, sponsored by All-Clad, was Saturday at Crate in Scott, with local star chef Bob Sendall creating hors d'oeuvres. Proceeds from the book benefit the Jane and Carl Citron Endowed Chair in Colon Cancer.
