St. Clair Park grave site littered

Beer cans litter the grave of Gen. Arthur St. Clair in St. Clair Park in Greensburg yesterday. The Revolutionary War general was president of the Continental Congress in 1787 and also was the first governor of the Northwest Territory. St. Clair died in Greensburg in 1818. The monument was dedicated in 1913.
