Student section: Penn Hills @ Upper St. Clair
Friday, November 06, 2009
Penn Hills and Upper St. Clair students sound off on tonight's WPIAL Class AAAA game:

FROM PENN HILLS

Deshawn Squires, junior -- Penn Hills may be the underdog when it comes to the game of the week, but there is much room for improvement. Besides you can't go wrong with five D-I prospects!

London Paris, junior -- Our school supports our football team so much! It's like we worship them, and that makes them work hard. They train hard everyday, and they have never lost a game on FSN yet. So our boys are going to put in the work this Friday, and people are going to be blown away.

Danny Edwards, senior -- I believe we have great talent in our Penn Hills Indians, even though we have not had the perfect season. But now that we made it to the playoffs, it proves that we are able to do amazing things, which will help us pull out the win this Friday night!

FROM UPPER ST. CLAIR

Zac Evans, senior -- The reason Upper St. Clair will win on Friday night is the man, the legend, Alex Park. With the defensive ends we have in Mike Detrick and Gordon Matthews, Penn Hills will be under pressure all night long. Finally, with the support of the best student section in the WPIAL and the power of the Shaman Rod, there is no way USC can be defeated.

Emily Coughlin, senior -- Despite Penn Hills' D-1 talent, Upper St. Clair's stout defense, led by Rob Mikus and Matt Doman, will hold Penn Hills to few points. The Panthers' offense will be on full attack, led by Tim "The Cat" Kikta and Christian Beck. The support of the amazing student section will only add to our attack. Panthers go!

Dan Poljak, sophomore -- Two very well known words: Jim Render!!!
