National Aviary hosts benefit at the Heinz Field Club
Tuesday, November 03, 2009

The National Aviary's Fights and Feathers benefit Friday evening at Heinz Field Club East Lounge, chaired by Mascaro brothers Mike and Jeff, featured everything a guy could ask for -- well almost everything. It began with plenty of food and drink and a room full of virtual sports games. After having fun pretending, the mostly male event moved on to the bocce ball tournament with a $1,000 cash prize for the winning team. Teams of two played on courts set up next to the boxing ring, where the main attraction was held. Four boxing matches ended a knockout evening for the birds.
