Vikings get credit for another sack of Roethlisberger
Wednesday, October 28, 2009

Even during a bye week, Ben Roethlisberger was sacked.

The Elias Sports Bureau has officially changed a play in Sunday's 27-17 victory against the Minnesota Vikings in which Roethlisberger was originally credited with a run for minus-1 yard.

Instead, the play was a ruled a sack by Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams. So, while the Steelers pick up an extra rushing yard (107) against the Vikings, Roethlisberger's total now shows he was sacked four times, not three.

He has been sacked 20 times this season.
