The House on Wednesday voted 414-6 to authorize state and local governments to divest holdings in companies with investments of $20 million or more in Iran's energy sector. The bill now goes to the Senate.

SENATE

The Senate on Tuesday voted 80-17 to approve the conference report for the 2010 Energy and Water Appropriations bill, which would keep funding at about the same level as last year's allocation. The bill now awaits the president's signature.
