Increase in Pennsylvania fishing license sales over 2008 January-September totals. In all, 871,499 licenses were purchased. Resident license sales are up 5.47 percent, non-resident sales increased 3.41 percent, 7-day tourist licenses rose 1.55 percent and 3-day tourist licenses are up 3.61 percent. The figures mark the largest one-year percentage increase since 1980.
