St. Lucy's Auxiliary to the Blind "Vision of Hope Luncheon" honored Frank Barnes as the Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services (BVRS) recipient of the Anne F. Hanna Scholarship. The event was held Thursday at the Pittsburgh Field Club.
