Former Duquesne point guard Aaron Jackson, bypassed in the NBA draft Thursday night, signed as a free agent with the Indiana Pacers. Jackson, currently in Pittsburgh for rehabilitation of a sprained ankle he sustained in a June 23 tryout with the Boston Celtics, will report to Indianapolis this week. The 6-4, 185-pounder finished as the 12th-leading scorer in Duquesne history (1,428 points) and also ended up in the top 10 in career assists (third, 505), steals (sixth, 169) and field-goal percentage (seventh, .521).
