Allegheny County

Blackburn Road, Sewickley Heights -- Closed between Hill Street and Thawmont Road through August for emergency repairs.

Big Sewickley Creek Road, Franklin Park -- Closed to thru traffic from just east of Game Lands Road during bridge replacement starting 7 a.m. July 13 through late August. Detour to be posted.

Blythedale Road, Elizabeth Township -- Reduced to alternating single-lane traffic because of collapse of the northbound lane between Shaler Street and Fallen Timber Road.

Boston Bridge, Elizabeth Township -- Traffic restrictions and shifts from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. One lane in each direction open at all times during survey work.

Cliff Mine Road, Robinson -- Lane closures at the Parkway West bridge from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays through late September.

East Carson Street, South Side -- Traffic shifted to eastbound lanes with two-way traffic maintained through work zone from Hot Metal to South 25th streets, around the clock through July. Also, 26th and 27th streets closed at intersections on the north side of East Carson during widening project.

Evergreen Road, Millvale -- Alternating single-lane traffic on bridge over Girtys Run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday through July 8.

Flaugherty Run Road, Moon -- Closed between Broadhead Road and Stoops Ferry Road until late September for bridge replacement. Local traffic only. Detours to be posted.

Forbes Avenue, Oakland -- Single-lane closures and other restrictions from McKee Place to South Bouquet Street from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Mondays through Thursdays through August for pedestrian-safety project. Some weekend work.

Harts Run Road, Hampton -- Bridge near Roseanna Drive closed for replacement through mid-July.

Haymaker Road, Monroeville -- Single lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through Friday between Business Route 22 and Old William Penn Highway.

Interstate 79, Kennedy -- One lane closed in both directions between Crafton (Exit 60) and Coraopolis (Exit 64), with traffic stoppages up to 15 minutes possible, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays through mid-October during Forest Grove Road Bridge construction. Forest Grove Road detour via Coraopolis Road and Route 51.

Liberty Bridge/Crosstown Expressway -- On-ramp from bridge to Crosstown and Bigelow boulevards closed until 5 a.m. Monday. Detour posted.

Liberty Tunnels -- Closed outbound nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Detour via McArdle Roadway, Woodruff Street and Route 51.

Light Rail Transit -- 47L Library via Overbrook will not serve stops on Library line south of Washington Junction today. Shuttle buses will operate.

Lysle Boulevard, McKeesport -- Traffic on bridge that carries Route 148 over Crooked Run, between Pennsylvania Avenue and Auberle Street, reduced to single lane in each direction around the clock through mid-July. Bridge open to pedestrians.

McKees Rocks Bridge -- Closed to westbound traffic. Eastbound traffic limited to one lane. Restrictions through late August. Detour via West End Bridge.

Mosside Boulevard, North Versailles -- Resurfacing from Route 30 to Wall Avenue to cause alternating single lane traffic from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on weeknights through late July.

Parkway East -- One lane closed inbound from Pennsylvania Turnpike to near Penn Hills interchange around the clock through late fall.

Parkway North -- Reduced to one lane inbound from I-79 to Bellevue-West View until 2 p.m. today. One lane closed northbound from Bellevue-West View to I-79 nightly starting Monday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; lane closed southbound nightly 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday morning. Also, sign work may cause single- and double-lane closures inbound from I-79 to the Fort Duquesne Bridge from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. weeknights through July 10, but no work scheduled Friday.

Parkway West -- Right lane closed inbound from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday nights between Steubenville Pike and Campbells Run Road. Right lane closed outbound from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday nights from I-79 to Campbells Run Road.

Rankin Bridge -- Restricted to one lane in each direction during rehabilitation project scheduled for September 2010 completion.

Ravine Street, O'Hara -- Closed to vehicles from Sharps Hill Road in O'Hara to High Street in Sharpsburg through late September. Open to pedestrians when possible.

Route 8, Hampton -- Lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. between Wildwood Road and the Pennsylvania Turnpike continuing to mid-November during resurfacing.

Route 19, Marshall -- Restricted to one lane in each direction between Brush Creek Road and Warrendale Bayne Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily until late August during improvements to the bridges that carry Interstate 79 over Route 19.

Route 28, North Side/Etna -- One outbound lane closed for wall construction near the old Heinz plant through August.

Route 28, Etna/Millvale -- Closed outbound at Etna interchange. Detour via 62nd Street Bridge, Butler Street and Highland Park Bridge. Ramp from southbound Route 8 to northbound Route 28 open, with single-lane traffic to Highland Park Bridge. Also, southbound traffic restricted to one lane near Millvale (Exit 3) until 5 a.m. Monday. Northbound ramp to Butler Street (Exit 4) closed until 5 a.m. Monday.

Route 910 Gibsonia Road, Indiana Township -- Alternating single-lane traffic west from Saxonburg Boulevard to near the turnpike overpass daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through mid-October.

Steubenville Pike, Robinson -- Traffic reduced to single lane in each direction between Park Manor Drive and Montour Church Road during Route 22/30/60 interchange reconfiguration. Various lane closures will continue around-the-clock on Steubenville Pike through October. All ramps will remain open and no restrictions scheduled on Parkway West at this time.

31st Street Bridge -- Alternating single-lane traffic possible from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through mid-July during routine inspection.

Tri-Boro Expressway -- Expressway/Braddock Avenue closed in both directions from O'Connell Boulevard to Cable Avenue for bridge replacement. Also, East Pittsburgh-McKeesport Boulevard closed from Elder Street to the Tri-Boro Expressway. Main Street under the bridge closed from Braddock Avenue to Bessemer Avenue, all until late this year.

Union Avenue, Bellevue, Avalon, Ross -- Alternating single-lane traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily as needed from Means Avenue to Casper Avenue through mid-October.

Warrendale Bayne Road, Marshall, Pine -- Alternating single-lane traffic from just west of Northgate Road to Wallace Road from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through mid-October for resurfacing and other repairs.

Westinghouse Bridge -- Two lanes closed, single-lane traffic maintained in each direction, until November.

Beaver County

Route 60 (Beaver Valley Expressway) -- Traffic reduced to single lane southbound around the clock from near Monaca-Shippingport interchange (Route 18) for about one mile. Single-lane traffic on northbound side from Brighton (Exit 14) to Chippewa (Exit 15) through late July.

Butler County

Cliff Street, Butler -- Closed as part of the Route 356 Wayne Avenue Bridge project through Nov. 16. Detour on East Cunningham Street to McKean Street to East Jefferson Street (Route 68) to Main Street (Route 8) and ending back on Wayne Street.

Hartmann Road/Harmony Junction Bridge, Jackson -- Closed for reconstruction expected to continue until June 2010. Detour via Routes 68 and 19 and Little Creek and Seneca School roads.

Mercer Road, Butler Township -- Closed from Oliverio Lane to Blair Drive during replacement of the bridge over Route 422, through Wednesday.

Route 228, Cranberry and Adams -- Alternating single-lane traffic from Franklin Road to Crider Road from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly starting Monday through the end of July. Flag crews to direct traffic.

Fayette County

Route 422, Butler Township -- Restricted to one lane each direction through Wednesday.

Fayette County

Route 43, Georges -- One lane traffic in both directions just north of the Route 43, Route 119 and Route 857 interchange (Exit 8).

Route 119, North Union and South Union -- Northbound lanes closed from Redstone Creek Bridge to approximately 1,500 feet past the Gallatin Avenue interchange for Mon-Fayette Expressway construction through Nov. 13. Northbound traffic shifted to southbound lanes, one lane in each direction. Northbound on-ramp from Route 51 to Route 119 closed through Aug. 24.

Route 119, Connellsville -- Lane closure on Memorial Bridge Tuesday through Thursday for preliminary construction work. Single-lane traffic from Buttermore Boulevard to Everson exit.

Indiana County

Smicksburg Bridge, Smicksburg and West Mahoning -- Replacement project to reduce Route 954 to one-way alternating traffic until May 2010.

Route 56, Armstrong Township -- Closed Monday and Tuesday near Shelocta for railroad crossing upgrades.

Lawrence County

Route 168 -- Galilee Road Bridge closed for replacement between Wampum Road and Mill Street, North Beaver, through mid-October.

Washington County

Charleroi-Monessen Bridge -- Closed after inspection revealed structural deficiencies. Replacement bridge expected to reopen late 2011.

Route 980, Canonsburg -- Replacement of small bridge over Brush Run, reducing Euclid Avenue to alternating one-way traffic until September. Traffic controlled by temporary signals at each side of bridge.

Donora-Monessen Bridge, Donora -- Traffic reduced to single lane in each direction with occasional stoppages of up to 15 minutes during rehabilitation project.

Westmoreland County

Route 22, New Alexandria -- One lane in each direction for much of the nine-mile section from just east of Route 981 to the Indiana County line. Reduced speed limit in work zone with some delays possible during reconstruction and widening through August.

Route 30, Unity -- Construction from Theater Street to Route 217 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly Sundays through Friday mornings, with lane restrictions and alternating traffic possible.
