Guide rail work will cause intermittent lane and shoulder closures from 6 a.m. to noon tomorrow on the Parkway East outbound at Wilkinsburg and Monroeville and on Interstate 79 northbound at the Coraopolis on-ramp (Exit 64) and approaching the I-279 interchange (Exit 72), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.
