An 18-year-old woman was killed this evening in a crash on Route 119 in Salem, Westmoreland County.

The county coroner's office said Rachel Parker, 18, of New Alexandria, was driving south on 119 near Skyview Drive when she crossed the center line and struck another vehicle.

She was pronounced dead at 5:22 p.m. at Westmoreland Hospital.

State police said other details of the crash are forthcoming.
