Dulac's mark: Last week: 10-4 (.714) Season: 49-25 (.662)
Game: Baltimore Ravens (2-2) at Indianapolis Colts (2-2), 1 p.m., Lucas Oil Stadium
The Skinny: The Colts have yet to win a game at new Lucas Oil Stadium, even going back to the preseason. And they have never lost to the Ravens in four games under Tony Dungy.
Prediction: Colts, 23-16
Game:Cincinnati Bengals (0-5) at New York Jets (2-2)1 p.m., Giants Stadium
The Skinny: After throwing six TDs in his previous outing, Brett Favre needed a bye week to let the Advil kick in. The Bengals need more than ibuprofen to get rid of their headaches.
Prediction: Jets, 30-23
Game:Chicago Bears (3-2) at Atlanta Falcons (3-2) 1 p.m., Georgia Dome
The Skinny: Beware the Bears, who are starting to come out of hibernation and have won eight of the past nine meetings. But the Falcons are unbeaten at home (2-0), averaging 36 ppg.
Prediction: Falcons, 24-20
Game:Miami Dolphins (2-2) at Houston Texans (0-4) 1 p.m., Reliant Stadium
The Skinny: It might be a while before Sage Rosenfels and the Texans get over their collapse vs. Indianapolis. It might not be soon enough to stop Ronnie Brown and the Wildcat offense.
Prediction: Dolphins, 24-19
Game:Detroit Lions (0-4) at Minnesota Vikings (2-3) 1 p.m., Metrodome
The Skinny: The Vikings have won 11 of the past 12 meetings and haven't lost to Detroit at home since '97, before Matt Millen was hired. Now that he has been fired, nothing will change.
Prediction: Vikings, 31-20
Game:Oakland Raiders (1-3) at New Orleans Saints (2-3) 1 p.m., Louisiana Superdome
The Skinny: Tom Cable is one of two coaches to debut today, and the season is only past the quarter pole. Nobody is certain if they should congratulate him or offer condolences.
Prediction: Saints, 34-24
Game:Carolina Panthers (4-1) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-2) 1 p.m., Raymond James Stadium
The Skinny: The Panthers haven't started 5-1 since they went to the Super Bowl in 2003. And their point differential (+44) is second in the NFL. But the Buccaneers haven't lost at home.
Prediction: Buccaneers, 20-19
Game:St. Louis Rams (0-4) at Washington Redskins (4-1) 1 p.m., FedEx Field
The Skinny: What better place to begin a second tour as head coach for Jim Haslett than Washington, a place where everyone seems to want change. One thing won't change: The Redskins are on fire.
Prediction: Redskins, 34-6
Game:Jacksonville Jaguars (2-3) at Denver Broncos (4-1) 4:05 p.m., Invesco Field
The Skinny: The Broncos get another home game, and another chance to run their unbeaten streak at Invesco to seven. That thin air makes the passes go farther vs. the Jaguars' secondary.
Prediction: Broncos, 27-23
Game:Dallas Cowboys (4-1) at Arizona Cardinals (3-2) 4:15 p.m., University of Phoenix Stadium
The Skinny: Looking for an Upset Special? Beware of the Cardinals, who are second to the Cowboys in the NFC in points (147), put up 41 on the Bills and are unbeaten at home.
Prediction: Cardinals, 34-27
Game:Philadelphia Eagles (2-3) at San Francisco 49ers (2-3) 4:15 p.m., Candlestick Park
The Skinny: The 49ers had their chance to turn the corner against the Patriots. The Eagles had their chance to turn the corner against the Redskins. Both failed.
Prediction: Eagles, 27-26
Game:Green Bay Packers (2-3) at Seattle Seahawks (1-3) 4:15 p.m., Qwest Field
The Skinny: The Seahawks' slide, particularly on defense, actually began in last year's 42-20 playoff loss in Green Bay. The Packers, though, are on a slide, too -- three losses in a row.
Prediction: Seahawks, 23-21
Game:New England Patriots (3-1) at San Diego Chargers (2-3) 8:15 p.m., Qualcomm Stadium
The Skinny: The Patriots stayed on the West Coast after beating the 49ers. It looked like the Chargers stayed on the West Coast after losing in Miami. An AFC title game rematch.
Prediction: Chargers, 23-16
Game:New York Giants (4-0) at Cleveland Browns (1-3) 8:30 p.m. tomorrow, Cleveland Browns Stadium
The Skinny: Talk about benefits for the champions? The Giants' past four opponents, including the Browns, have combined for two wins. No wonder they're unbeaten.
Prediction: Giants, 24-17
