T-shirt marks city anniversary

New York designer Julia Dinardo will unveil a T-shirt commemorating Pittsburgh's 250th anniversary at a trunk show at The Picket Fence in Shadyside from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

Dinardo, a Highland Park native, is creator of the Pittsburgh Teaze line of neighborhood T-shirts. Also at the trunk show at 5425 Walnut St., she will introduce a limited-edition line of Shadyside and Squirrel Hill baby bibs and organic Shadyside dog tees.

The event also will feature T-shirt-shaped sweets from Prantl's Bakery. For information: 412-246-0350.
