Local celebrities and 540 guests gathered on Sept. 5 at the Four Points Sheraton North in Marshall to support the third annual "Dancing With the Pittsburgh Stars for Cystic Fibrosis." Inspired by the hit TV show, the celebrities partnered with instructors from the Arthur Murray Dance Studio and competed in a friendly competition to raise $65,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Showing some leg were WPXI's Darieth Chisolm, KDKA's Keith Jones, WTAE's Sally Wiggin, Beth Bershok, Dr. Jonathon Spahr, Michelle Brevard-Wilkerson of Pittsburgh Passion football, Inventionland CEO George Davison and trophy winner Kevin Mullen of Lexus of North Hills. Food from 24 local restaurants fueled the crowd, which danced to the sounds of the John Parker Band.
