Morgan Stanley opened a new Global Wealth Management Group office at 1000 Stonewood Drive, Wexford.

Landau Building Co. was awarded a contract from Heritage Valley Health System -- Beaver. The project consists of a 45,000-square-foot expansion and a 29,000-square-foot remodel including gastrointestinal labs, a heart center and a new emergency department. The architect is Paul Slowik & Associates.

Simon Property Group named Mullen public relations agency-of-record for its three Pittsburgh properties -- Ross Park, South Hills Village and Century III.

Bit-x-bit LLC received a grant from the Pittsburgh Central Keystone Innovative Zone to help fund expansion and hiring at its new offices in the Frick Building, Downtown.

The CCAC Educational Foundation won a $403,000 Nursing Education Grant from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Foundation to aid needy second-year nursing students through scholarships in the 2008-2009 academic year. CCAC's nursing programs include a student population of 59 percent full-time and 41 percent part-time students.

The Dominion Foundation has given $3,400 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Pennsylvania and Southern West Virginia, which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. The Wishmaker amount, $3,400, is the average cost of a wish and is derived from the cost of the organization's most popular wish, a one-week trip to Disney World for a family of four.
