Days in Pennsylvania when fishing is free. On Sat., May 24 and Sun., June 1 no fishing license is required of residents and non-residents. All other fishing regulations apply. The free-fishing days are intended as times when licensed anglers can share a fishing experience with unlicensed friends, and when unlicensed parents can help their kids to gear up.
