Notes: Greg Norman, the TPC Sugarloaf designer, is making his first start in the event since 2004. ... Sergio Garcia, last week's winner of the TPC, is taking the week off. ... Tiger Woods is pointing to a return at The Memorial week after next.

LPGA Tour

Event: Sybase Classic.
Where: Upper Montclair Country Club, 6,433 yards, par 72; Clifton, N.J.
Purse: $2 million.
Winner's share: $300,000.
TV: 1:30-3:30 p.m. tomorrow, ESPN2; 2-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, ESPN2.
Notes: This is the first tournament since Annika Sorenstam announced she would retire at the end of the season. Lorena Ochoa, who has won five times in her first six events, also is in the field.

Champions Tour

Event: Regions Charity Classic.
Where: Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Ross Bridge, 7,503 yards, par 72, Hoover, Ala.
When: Tomorrow-Sunday.
Purse: $1.7 million.
Winner's share: $255,000.

Notes: Bernhard Langer, a two-time winner this year on the 50-and-over tour, is coming off a 15th-place tie Sunday in The Players Championship. ... The Senior PGA Championship, the tour's first major of the year, is next week at Oak Hill in Rochester, N.Y., followed by The Principal Charity Classic in Iowa.
