Carnegie

• Kathleen Solbieralski, 52, of Carnegie, has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving April 23 in the 400 block of Cubbage Street.

• Ronald B. Darney, 66, of Carnegie, was charged May 7 with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on East Main Street.

• Jennifer Lynn Johnson, 23, of Carnegie, was charged Saturday with retail theft and disorderly conduct at the Wine and Spirits Store on East Main Street.

• Roderick Peluso, 31, whose last known address was in the 100 block of Dickman Street, was charged Saturday with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Dickman Street.

• Sean Salters, 20, of Crafton, was charged Saturday with public drunkenness and underage consumption of alcohol on Beechwood Avenue.

Collier

• Between 6:15 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. May 8, thieves stole a Dell laptop computer from an unlocked 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer parked at Great Southern Shopping Center.

Findlay

• Matthew Cordova, 18, of McKees Rocks, was charged May 4 with underage drinking on Santiago Road. He was cited during an investigation for a theft of a bicycle.

Kennedy

• Charges of harassment, resisting arrest and public intoxication were withdrawn May 13 in a magistrate's hearing for Michael Sarek, 39, of McKees Rocks. A disorderly conduct charge was upheld in connection with the May 6 incident when he flattened the tires of a woman's car and yanked the wires from telephones in her residence.

• James Hernandez, 50, of Pittsburgh, was charged May 7 with open lewdness and indecent exposure after two women playing tennis saw him expose himself in Fairhaven Park.

• Bryan White, 27, of Newark, Del., was charged April 30 with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and public intoxication after a disturbance in Motel 6.

Robinson

• Raphael Bielawski, 26, of Clairton, was charged May 1 with retail theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct after he was caught stealing $84 worth of merchandise from Lane Bryant.

• James Latimer, 38, of Robinson, was charged April 30 with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after a domestic disturbance on Hays Avenue.

Scott

• After police were called Friday to the 700 block of Robin Drive for a report of a disturbance, Justin Ballard, 19, of Carnegie, was arrested on a warrant charging him with robbery.

Subsequently, Michelle Shaw, 49, and Mickel Ballard, 37, both of Scott, were charged with making false reports to law enforcement officers, hindering apprehension of a fugitive and obstructing the administration of law in connection with an incident at their residence.

• Patrick Grimes, 26, of Carnegie, and Tina Cook 36, of Scott, were charged Friday with disorderly conduct after police were called to the GetGo convenience store on Washington Avenue for a report of a disturbance.

• Jennifer Suffern, 18, and Katie Mulvihill, 18, both of Scott, were charged last Thursday with harassment. They are accused of sending threatening text messages to a juvenile.

• A resident in Sunrise Assisted Living, Greentree Road, reported the theft of her $4,000 ring on Saturday.
