In a post earlier today, we read the riot act over Stars forward Mike Ribeiro lumber jacking Red Wings goaltender Chris Osgood last night and didn't really touch on Osgood's role in the matter.

After finally seeing a clean replay of Osgood sticking the butt-end of his stick into Ribeiro's chops, we can now say Osgood deserves some discipline too.

It doesn't matter if this is the playoffs of if anyone was seriously injured. Suspend each of them for at least 10 games. Both of their actions were extremely dangerous and shouldn't be tolerated.
