McKeesport building collapse endangers others
Friday, May 09, 2008

Some McKeesport buildings have been evacuated after a structure collapsed, leaving wooden debris and glass strewn across a city street.

Police say the building collapsed early today. No injuries have been reported.

Several nearby buildings and businesses, including the Mon-Yough Rehabilitation Center, have been evacuated.

Officials say the structure will be demolished over the weekend, allowing the other nearby buildings to reopen by Monday.
