Come hungry to 'Grillin' and Swillin'

"Grillin' and Swillin'" is the smokin' title of a cooking class to be held Wednesday at Bella Sera by Greco in Canonsburg.

The popular class, subtitled "Micro Brews and Macro Grills," teaches participants, assembled under a big tent, how to grill main courses and sides. It will be taught by Chef Jason Capps and his Atlanta buddy, Eric B. LeVine, who is the International Caterers Association 2008 Chef of the Year.

The class also gives attendees a chance to sample craft beers under the direction of The Sharp Edge's Hart Johnson.

The class/dinner, which costs $60 per person, runs from 6:30 to 9 p.m., but you can get in starting at 6 p.m. for drinks and live music.
