Question: Limas Sweed is ranked high all over, but I've concerns about that wrist for a #2 pick when we've only 6 to begin with. How do the Steelers evaluate a player's bill of health when they've had previous serious injuries?

Duane Wingate, Independence, MO

BOUCHETTE: You may have concerns about his wrist, but the Steelers' doctors do not. They examine players' injuries and render an opinion. They did this with tight end Heath Miller before they drafted him in 2005 because he had surgery after the season for a hernia. It's the same process they have when one of their current players is hurt, such as Willie Parker, Hines Ward and Troy Polamalu. If his wrist caused teams to stay away from taking him higher, so much better for the Steelers.
