PennDot has put Route 28 blasting work on hold until Saturday.

The work in Harmar was scheduled for yesterday but postponed because of weather concerns and the need for additional time for site preparation work. PennDot at one point scheduled the blasting for today, only to cancel that plan because of traffic related to the Penguins and Pirates games.
