At Mellon Park, music for brunch

Brass instruments and a rocking cello quartet highlight this summer's Bach, Beethoven and Brunch series.

The concerts begin at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays in Mellon Park, at the corner of Fifth and Shady avenues in the East End. This year, Citiparks brings in the heavy metal of the River City Brass Band, Pittsburgh Brass Project, Three Rivers Saxophone Quartet and Allegheny Brass Band, as well as Cellofourte. As usual, there are activities for children.
