Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has named Junnie Mendelowski of New Kensington as the new manager of its Allegheny Valley office. The previous manager, Iva Fiorina, recently relocated to the Harrisburg area to become Howard Hanna's Central Pennsylvania regional manager.
Ms. Mendelowski began her real estate career with Hanna's Allegheny Valley office nine years ago. She was the Rookie of the Year in 1998 and has been a multimillion-dollar producer every year since. She was the top producer in her office in 1998, 1999, 2001, 2004 and 2005 and has won Hanna's "One Team, One Dream," Insurance Services, Mortgage Services Barristers Land Title Co. and National Sales Excellence awards.

Bonnie Loya and Monica Mahla were recognized in the diamond category for achieving more than $10 million in sales volume or 60 units or more.
In the Platinum category (at least $7 million and 50 sales units), the winners were the team of Allyson Fritz and Sandy Pirosko and Cindy Demel.
Suzanne Sala was recognized as a Ruby Level winner for having at least $5 million and 40 sales units. Gold category winners were Sue Robertson and Kristan Garboski and Silver level winners were Cheryl Ferri and Linda Ward.

Beth Mastro has joined the Keller Williams Realty McMurray Market Center. She has an extensive background in sales and customer service with U.S. Steel. She has a bachelor's degree in human resources from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duquesne University.

Gloria Corsini Pollock has been appointed manager of RE/MAX Select's Butler Office.
She has served as director of training and holds brokers licenses in Maine and Florida. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative. Prior to becoming a RE/MAX sales associate, she managed a national real estate office.
Pollock is a member of the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and a graduate of Robert Morris College.
