HIGHLAND PARK: Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium invite children 13 years and younger to visit free of charge during November (except Thanksgiving Day), when accompanied by an adult. NORTH SIDE: The Children's Museum, 10 Children's Way, Allegheny Square, collects gently used adult- and child-sized sweaters today through Nov. 30. Donors receive $1 off admission for up to four people. Sweater donations are distributed by United Way to deserving recipients in the Pittsburgh area. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults; $4.50 for seniors and those 2 to 18 years old. THE BLUFF: The Walczak/Rosenzweig debate takes place 6 p.m., Room 204, Duquesne University School of Law. Doors open 5:45 p.m. Vic Walczak, ACLU chief legal counsel, and Paul Rosenzweig, Heritage Foundation Fellow, are to focus on the Patriot Act and its impact on Civil Liberties.
