This free, four-week program aims to help grieving families, with young children or teens, re-establish and strengthen family bonds. It will benefit newly bereaved families as well as those continuing to work through grief.
Participants will enjoy activities and projects as they learn about the grieving process and get practical tips on how to heal as a family unit.

Arthritis is a group of conditions involving damage to the joints of the body. The day is complete with wellness sessions that will include arthritis information, bone density, body mass index and osteoporosis screening, in addition to a massage therapist, nutritional and exercise information.
