What is the geographical reach of each regional location?

The Dining & Entertainment Guide blankets the greater Pittsburgh area. We have endeavored to include every restaurant within the Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland counties.

What dollar amounts do the price ranges generally equate to?

Our price ranges are derived from the average cost of a meal on per seat basis:

Affordable = under $10
Moderate = $10 – $25
Expensive = $26 – $40
Fine Dining = over $40

How do I rate an establishment?

All you have to do is use the provided search windows to locate the name of the restaurant or entertainment venue you are looking for. Then click on the establishment's name. A new window will pop up. Simply select the button under Customer Rating and submit your response.

Does International cuisine encompass all ethnic food categories?

No. Cuisine varieties more commonly found in the greater Pittsburgh area, such as Italian and Chinese, are individually listed. Less prominent cuisine types found in our region, such as Ethiopian or Polish, are grouped under the International heading.

Why isn't there a heading for my favorite cuisine type or style of food?

One reason may be because a restaurant fitting that criterion does not currently exist in the greater Pittsburgh area. Another could be that the type of cuisine you are looking for is coupled under another category. One more explanation may be that the cuisine type or style that you are searching for has yet to be added to our database. In that case, suggestions can be sent by clicking here.

I can't seem to locate a particular dining or entertainment establishment.

The reason you cannot locate your intended dining or entertainment venue may be due to the fact that it is no longer operational. Another reason could be that it has yet to be added to our database. If this is the case, please send the name, address and phone number of the establishment by clicking here.
